Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the digital business card hosting service ("Service") provided by OSSUM IT ("we," "us") through aikibble.com. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service hosts a digital business card you create with our card generator at a unique web address (e.g., aikibble.com/cards/your-name). Depending on your plan, the Service also includes visitor analytics, lead capture, automated follow-up email, a private dashboard, and self-serve editing via a private edit link.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change pricing for future terms; you will be notified by email before any renewal at a new price.

3. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

• Your first payment covers one year of hosting from the date your card goes live.
• The Service renews annually at your plan's then-current price. We email a renewal invoice approximately 30 days before your term ends.
• Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] or simply not paying the renewal invoice — no cancellation fees, no questions asked.
• If a renewal invoice is unpaid 30 days after the term ends, your card may be taken offline. Card data is retained for 60 additional days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
• Payments are processed by Intuit QuickBooks. We never see or store your payment card details.

4. Refunds

• 14-day guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first purchase, email us for a full refund of your hosting fee.
• NFC tap cards are refundable only if they have not yet shipped.
• Renewal payments are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date.

5. Your content and conduct

You are responsible for the content of your card. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload (photos, logos, text) and that your card will not be used for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing. We may remove a card that violates these Terms; if we do so without a Terms violation on your part, we will refund the unused portion of your term.

6. Leads and visitor data

• When a visitor submits their contact information through your card's "share your info" form, that information is delivered to you and stored with your card. You are responsible for using leads lawfully (including applicable anti-spam and privacy laws).
• Visitors submit their information voluntarily; the follow-up email they receive is sent on your behalf and identifies you as the sender.
• Card analytics are aggregate counts only (views, taps, traffic sources). We do not store visitors' IP addresses, names, or device identifiers for analytics.
• When your card is deleted, its leads and analytics are deleted with it. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time via [email protected].

7. Your edit and dashboard links

Access to editing your card and viewing your dashboard is via private tokenized links sent to your email. Treat these links like passwords — anyone with the link can edit your card or view your leads. If a link is compromised, contact us and we will issue a new one.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep your card online continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance.

Customers whose hosting was purchased before July 6, 2026 under the previous "$19 for 2 years" offer keep that pricing for their current term and renew at the rate stated in their original confirmation email.
